When you sign up, you have unlimited access to group meditation sessions during our opening hours, four sessions (9.30am /2pm /6pm /8pm) from Monday to Saturday.
You can also have at least one individaul session a week. In the beginning stage, though, you would receive more individual sessions.
Both individual sessions and group sessions are always live and guided.
As much or as little as you wish, we encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion.
It is especially important to attend regularly for the first 2 weeks in order to learn the method and integrate meditation to your daily life.
Our main goal is for you to be happy, which means you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.
Once you become a member, we start by providing one-on-one sessions to learn the method.
Individual sessions, in the beginning, are set up by appointment during our opening hours. After you grasp the method well, you can join the group meditation sessions.
No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc.
Children as young as 8 years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.
It is suitable for you to find a place to focus on meditation. It’s good to use headsets or earphones if there are people around you.
As a member you can meditate whenever you want during our opening hours (Monday-Saturday 9.30am–9pm).
However, you book your session in advance for an individual session by, for example, sending us a text message.
A reservation is NOT needed for the guided online group sessions.
We offer memberships of different lengths, from 1 month to 1 year. The purpose of the membership is to encourage and facilitate an effective meditation routine.
In order to achieve results, time and effort are required. We want all our members to get the most out of the meditation, and single sessions are not enough for this purpose.
