Concept of Our Meditation
You are born with a body. Along with the body, you came with the habits inherited from your parents and ancestors in every single cell of your body. With this body and these habits, you live your life, going to school, meeting people, haveing relationships, working, and more. As you go throuth life, you accumulate thoughts, feelings, and emotions – this is what we call karma.
We live in our own self-made mind world, which is made of karma, habits and body. We think this world exists. However, it is only a copy of the real world. All of your thoughts and actions are based on your karma, habits, and body. This is why we have stress, anxiety, questions and doubts about life.
We have a method to cleanse the mind world. If you discard it with our method, you can recover your true mind and the true world.

Stop Supressing
Start Discarding
Suppressing or pushing away stressful thoughts and emotions may bring you peace of mind for the moment. However, we often experience that they come bak after some time. Then we wish for a permanent solution.
You can gain changes that last by discarding. Our meditation method allows you to let go of the sources of the obstacles and burdens in your mind.
As you empty your mind, you will find yourself able to live a life at your highest potential, full of energy, creativity and wisdom to face your life challenges.

Level 2 – Images of myself and images of my relationships
Level 3 – My body
Level 4 – My body and the universe
Level 5 – My body and the universe
Level 6 – Eliminating myself from the universe
Level 7 – Eliminating my life lived
Step 2. Eliminating Habits
When the habits come out after eliminating the karma and discarding myself, eliminate those habits.
Step 3. Eliminating Body
Meditation Process
Reflect on yourself
Recall the remembered thoughts and images of life in your mind.
Realize where all your stress and burdens are coming from and increase your self-awareness.
Cleanse your mind
As you become aware of your habits and attachments, your perspective widens.
See and throw away from the perspective of the Universe using the guided visualization technique.
Discover the Truth
As you train your brain to realize that the illusion is not real, you will begin to realize the Truth which is the Universe that is existing within you.
Keep confirming this existence to get out of your mind world and to live in real happiness in the true world.
